Our Core Values

We uphold these core values in our own work; they represent what we believe in, what we stand for, and how we approach everything we do.

Continuous Improvement
We strive for excellence in all we do for our staff, children, parents, and donors.
We are “all in” and are willing to sacrifice and go the “extra mile” in our work for those we serve, stakeholders, and with our colleagues.
We seek to understand, accept, and respect one another’s differences and those that we serve.
We believe in assisting each other to be successful for the benefit of the team and those we serve.
Changing Lives
We believe it is possible and that we all play a part in changing lives and that is the reason why Cradle Beach exists.
